Orange Roses

This drawing is based on a dream that I had not too long ago. I remembered in the dream my dad and I were painting these purple roses orange for some unknown reason. But even though anything can happen in dreams, that really didn't seem like something my dad and I would do, so I just drew some random characters painting the roses instead of my dad and me. (even though the girl sort of turned out to look like a younger me!) And even though they aren't painting the white roses red, I can't help but think of the "painting the roses red" scene from Disney's Alice in Wonderland whenever I look at this drawing!
